This course will examine the Book of Genesis from numerous perspectives. This will include Social Anthropology, Philosophy and folklore It will look at Genesis through comparative legends, myths and origins. The course is not religious in nature but instead will examine the oral tradition, cultural roots and metaphor. It will also look at the development of the hebrew diety and specualte on influence, origins amd monotheism in its social forms. the course consists of thirteen weekly sessions of two hour, The course costs £65.
