Yesterday, we broke the news that the Defend Europe ship has been stopped again and the captain and crew arrested, this time in Cyprus.This further setback came after HOPE not hate supplied a dossier of information to the authorities which clearly showed Defend Europe had lied about the boat's mission.
Ever since we uncovered this plot, our goal has been to stop Defend Europe in their tracks. And that's exactly what we have been doing.With your help, we have created awareness and drawn attention to their activity and the result has been one hindrance after another in their progress.
Earlier this week, we dispatched our researchers to the Mediterranean to liaise directly with authorities in several countries and NGOs.We need to be ready to document their every move if and when they break the law. Our actions have now brought Defend Europe to the brink of collapse.
