We can now reveal that in the Torfaen Matters facebook group she manages Louise Shepphard has made an extraordinary attack on the anti racist charity Hope Not Hate. In a post on Wednesday - since deleted and pictured below - Louise Shepphard accuses Hope Not Hate of being 'a domestic terrorist group'.
She goes on to level the same extraordinary claim at supporters of HNH in Torfaen, also labeling them 'putrid lowlifes'. And no surprise to see she mentions Dianne Abbott in her hatefilled attack - Diane Abbott has been the regular target of bile from the British far right, enduring numerous death threats and rape threats from them in recent years https://www.telegraph.co.uk/…/diane-abbott-get-rape-death-…/
It should concern us all that an elected politician in South Wales is openly associating with the british far right and making shocking public statements like this. Shepphard's latest far right inspired outburst would seem to confirm the rumours we've been hearing that she intends to stand as a Candidate for the neo fascist For Britain party in the future.
