Moon Therapy written by Turkish Psychiatrist Mustafa Ulusoy.

Mustafa Ulusoy prescribes a light dose of a mysterious Eastern medicine to cure what ails you. Saying “There as much order in the sky as there is chaos on earth” he invites people to take refuge in the endless depth and peace of the sky. Though you have been seeing it all your life, this time you will see it in a totally different way.

Mustafa Ulusoy, in his book, Moon Therapy, invites readers to “ rest in solitude” with the psychotherapy stories of Moon Therapy. It is an invitation that makes us think about ourselves. In this book, while we witness the therapy methods of Dr Blue, we meet the moon and when we meet with her we reach our own depth.

The loneliness inside of us was not subsiding. No matter how long life was experienced with others, human loneliness could not be overcomed. He describes how he eventually stopped trying to overcome it and decided to rest alone. He loved this expression “resting in solitude”. Dr Blue
(Psychiatrist in the book) asked “ The moon did not bump into people but why? Why was there always a great regularity in the sky but the earth was in conflict? He said ‘let's understand that!’ He put a blank pile of paper on the table and asked “ Shall we make a comparison between human and moon?”

-Look at the moonlight, she falls right in front of you when the world makes you exhausted a lot. Follow her..According to the author, what attracts us to the sky is that it's vast appearance. Another thing that attracts us to it is the calmness there. There are no earthly experiences such as conflict, fragility, competition, envy, greed, gossip, strife, fighting.. The spirit of the stars, planets and moon is very soft. Unless a human look up sky, he can not press his foot on the earth with confidence. He believes that one of the ways of knowing ourselves is to communicate with the sky. The moon can be a guide for people with complex problems and emotions. When a human feel himself drowning in human problems, he can turn his gaze into the sky and he can say to himself: “ The moon is there, in the sky. Delicate, elegant and charming.. Waiting for me…”

My suggestion for you to read this wonderful book, look into the psychotherapy stories to see connection between moon and human, from a place where you can easily watch the moon and read the book, Moon Therapy. Enjoy readin
